AI training
Business AI course content, by task and role.
We start with your team’s skills and tools. These learning paths are adapted in the proposal, not fixed sessions with confirmed dates, duration or places.
01Generative AI and productivity
Objective: Prepare useful drafts and summaries, identify missing information and check claims before using the output.
Context and instructions, output formats, checking against the source document and comparing an initial draft with its corrected version.
Preparation: An everyday task and a fictional document or one prepared for testing; tools and starting skill level to be confirmed.
Practical deliverableAn instruction template, a reviewed exercise and a checklist for checking outputs.
02AI for administration and operations
Objective: Identify which parts of a repetitive task AI can support and which need explicit rules or review.
Field extraction and checking, request classification, templates and handling errors, duplicates and incomplete information.
Preparation: A sample request or table without sensitive data and a description of the current process, its owners and exceptions.
Practical deliverableAn opportunity map and a practical case with fictional or anonymised data and acceptance criteria.
03AI for sales teams
Objective: Prepare proposals and replies consistent with available information, without inventing terms or committing the business.
Organising sales context, drafting for different recipients, flagging uncertainties and reviewing facts, tone and commitments before communicating.
Preparation: A fictional or anonymised offer and approved sales guidelines; no CRM access or customer data needed to start.
Practical deliverableWorking templates, a corrected draft and approval criteria before contacting a customer.
04Management and responsible AI use
Objective: Prioritise a use case and decide how to test it with owners, boundaries and an understandable evaluation.
Task selection, permissions, information not to share, human review and comparison of quality, errors and total working time.
Preparation: A business need, the process owner and a description of the relevant data and tools, without sharing secrets.
Practical deliverableA trial plan with boundaries, owners, continuation criteria and an initial measurable task.
